Our background

Poggiolini was initially set up as a small artisan shop rooted in a passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to ensure that top quality fresh pasta would appear on the dining tables of Arezzo people.

To preserve its products, Pasta Fresca Poggiolini uses containers in a protected environment without adding preservatives to ensure its products maintain all their qualities for longer periods.

Our company produces a wide range of products:
  • Plain pasta: tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, potato gnocchi, spaghetti alla chitarra, pasta for oven baked dishes, maltagliati and scialatielli
  • Meat filled pasta: tortellini, quadruccini, cappelletti, tortelloni, agnolotti, rusticotti and fagottini
  • Ricotta cheese filled pasta: ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and spinach, cannoli, cappelli d'alpino and crepes
  • Special pasta: ravioli with orange, citron, chestnuts, porcini mushrooms, grouper, stracchino cheese and rocket, shrimps, truffles, nettles, walnuts, mozzarella and basil, purple turnips, salmon, pecorino cheese, courgettes, aubergines, pecorino cheese and pears, porcini mushrooms and truffles, four cheeses, Maremma style, tortelloni with truffles, gnocchetti, spelt gnocchi, three coloured gnocchi, with purple turnip, spinach, pumpkin, potato tortelli, tagliolini with black squid ink, pici with hot pepper, three coloured pasta, spaghetti alla chitarra with hot peppers, three coloured pasta, spaghetti alla chitarra, pasta paglia e fieno (yellow and green pasta).
